    KrAZ-64431KrAZ-64431 - Ukrainian heavy three-axle all-wheel drive bolster-body truck. It has been producing by Kremenchug car factory from 1992 to the present. KrAZ-64431 is a successor of the 6510 family. The car is powered by turbocharged V-shaped diesel from YaMZ delivering 330 h.p. and equipped with dual-band manual transmission. This vehicle is designed mainly for towing a semi-trailers with heavy cargoes such as APCs and similar vehicles, excluding tanks as its maximum payload equals 32 tonnes.

    Recently the National Guard of Ukraine received such KrAZ trucks for transportation of armored vehicles. It is worth that KrAZ has become a major supplier of equipment for the National Guard. According to Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, within two contracts KrAZ should supply the National Guard with 60 and 310 vehicles. Total of 370 cars with total value of 361 mln. are represented by armored trucks, military trucks, platform trailers, and other special vehicles.

    A good example of the special vehicle is KrAZ T17.0EX “Titan-02” designed as a tank transporter. It is all-wheel drive universal fifth-wheel tractor is intended for the transportation of heavy cargoes and combat vehicles including tanks on all types of roads and off the road. The tractor is used in tractor/semitrailer combination, semitrailer gross weight up to 70 ton. The truck can be successfully operated in the most hostile environmental conditions of all continents.
